SwingStep is bringing you a mind blowing line up that will have everyone jumping with joy! Come early, step on the dance floor as the live acts take us back to that golder era of all things swing! More electro swing from the best djs from around the country!
Here is an Electro Swing producer from Leeds UK who is unapologetic about his mission to produce uplifting feel good party music. Bouncing firmly in the electro-swing camp, Jamie Berry has lived up to the genre’s ideals of fusing house beats to old swing, jazz and big band music, with several successful releases in 2012 including “Out of My Mind” and “Marvelous” and performing at some of the world’s best Electro Swing venues. Jamie Berry is recognised for his shuffling modern beats nestled with vintage swing sounds, before leading way to some heavier wobble bass kicks to push things up a gear or two.
The band was created in february 2012 by Nano Sigo. After Nano’s first EP release last year, this multitalented french artist decided to created a band to perform his songs live. Thanks to the succes of «Urban Campfire Jam» on the emerging Electro Swing scene of France it was easy to find the musician suiting for what he had in mind. Now the 10 pieces band is ready to make their audience swing and dance in harmony with the music.
Forming after meeting at the Academy of Contemporary Arts this 7 piece band are attracting a lot of attention and quickly making a name for themselves. They will be swinging in for the evening too show you why. Lunatrix are here too make you dance! We are incredulously excited to have these guys come and share their latin/swing/gypsy rhythms with you. Be sure to check out their much anticipated EP when its released in March of this year.

Involved in many projects as a DJ and promoter of “Balkan Bebop”, London club night with Balkan Beats and Electro Swing on offer. His upbeat sound is described as ‘music of the last great depression brought up to date for the current one” taking over London’s dancefloors. Think of the illicit fun of the Jazz Age, mix in Swing and colourful flavour and then add the cutting edge sounds of modern electronic percussion.
